(OTR Logistics Solutions) and President of Over The Road Logistics Inc., a separately operated asset-based motor carrier with a fleet of 35+ vehicles. A respected transportation industry leader with decades of experience in trucking, logistics, and supply chain management across Canada and the United States, Richard has built a reputation for operational excellence, customer service, and delivering reliable freight solutions across some of the most demanding lanes in North America. He brings the strategic vision, deep carrier relationships, and industry credibility that continue to drive OTR Logistics Solutions forward and support shippers from coast to coast.

Shaun Katzberg is the Managing Partner and COO of OTR Logistics Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of sales, business development, and operations experience, including over 4 years focused specifically on logistics and transportation. He has worked extensively with fresh produce growers, food manufacturers, food distributors, licensed cannabis producers, and other shippers across Canada and the United States. Specializing in temperature-controlled transportation, fresh produce logistics, expedited freight, regulated cannabis shipping, and cross-border Canada-US freight, Shaun is committed to proactive communication, reliable execution, and helping customers find transportation solutions that fit the specific requirements of each shipment.
