By accessing or using the website located at shipotrlogistics.com (the "Site") or by engaging the freight brokerage services of Over The Road Logistics Solutions Inc. ("OTR Logistics Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Over The Road Logistics Solutions Inc. is a licensed freight brokerage company. We act as an intermediary between shippers and licensed motor carriers. We do not operate trucks or transport freight directly. We are not a customs broker and do not provide customs clearance services.

All carrier transportation services arranged through OTR Logistics Solutions are provided by independent, third-party motor carriers. OTR Logistics Solutions is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any carrier.

All freight quotes provided by OTR Logistics Solutions are estimates only and are subject to change based on actual shipment details, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, and carrier availability. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding commitment between the shipper and OTR Logistics Solutions. Final invoiced amounts may differ from initial quotes if shipment characteristics differ from what was declared at the time of booking.

The shipper is responsible for:

• Accurately describing the nature, weight, dimensions, and packaging of all freight
• Ensuring freight is properly packed, labelled, and documented for transport
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for the goods being shipped
• Providing accurate pickup and delivery information, including site access requirements
• Arranging and maintaining appropriate cargo insurance coverage

OTR Logistics Solutions' liability as a freight broker is limited to the brokerage services it provides. OTR Logistics Solutions does not accept liability for freight loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers. Claims for cargo loss or damage must be made directly against the carrier in accordance with applicable tariffs and regulations.

In no event shall OTR Logistics Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Shippers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations governing the transportation of regulated commodities, including but not limited to cannabis, pharmaceuticals, food products, and hazardous materials. OTR Logistics Solutions does not warrant or represent that any shipment arranged through our services is compliant with applicable regulations.

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site or any portion thereof at any time without notice.
