Surcharge options
Rounds the surcharge percentage to the nearest step before the dollar amount is computed.
Reefer units burn extra fuel. Adds a planning uplift to the surcharge % (default 3 points — set it to your carrier's documented reefer basis).
If the computed surcharge falls below this floor, the floor amount is used instead.
