How It Works
Marginal Tier Structure
Your commission is calculated on a marginal basis — not a flat rate applied to all GP. This means each tier applies only to the GP earned within that bracket, similar to how income tax brackets work.
For example, an agent who generates $300,000 in GP earns 45% on the first $150,000 ($67,500) and 50% on the next $150,000 ($75,000), for a total of $142,500.
Commissions are paid monthly. There is no earnings cap — the more you grow, the more you earn.
