Temperature Excursion Analyzer
Bring recorded highs and lows, time outside a shipper-provided range, shipment stage, and available documentation into one practical review. Use the same units for every temperature entered.
Advisory triage only—not a safety limit, product acceptance, release, or compliance decision. Follow current written instructions from the responsible shipper, receiver, quality owner, and applicable authorities.

What this review can—and cannot—tell you
A temperature trace can help teams organize the range entered for a specific movement, the recorded excursion magnitude and duration, and evidence that may need follow-up. It cannot replace product-specific instructions, a qualified quality assessment, or a documented decision by the responsible party. The entered reference range is user-supplied and is not validated by this analyzer.
Preserve context with the reading
Retain raw logger files and their timestamps. Note sensor placement, recorder identity, setpoint and operating mode, door activity, transfers, ambient conditions, and when any product temperature was taken. A product measurement collected after an event has a different time context from the air trace; keep both records and explain that interval.
